Hello, I’m Eric Lindsey, and I have personally embraced the Moonlight Real Estate Side Hustle and Syndication philosophy for the past seven years. I began my career in the construction field as a skilled union carpenter. This profession provided a comfortable lifestyle and supported my family tremendously. I worked continuously for the 6th largest general contractor in America from 2004 to 2008. However, in 2009, the economy took a turbulent turn, leading to regular layoffs. I eventually secured a stable carpentry job in 2012 but encountered corporate politics.
In 2015, I made a pivotal decision to prioritize financial security over job security. I recognized that a job alone wouldn’t offer the security my family needed. Consequently, I delved into studying business, side hustles, and real estate. Shortly after this decision, I launched my first business—a janitorial company alongside a real estate wholesaling side hustle. Over the past seven years, I’ve steadily grown in my business ventures and accumulated significant business experience.
I expanded my knowledge of real estate during my four years as a licensed realtor in both Kansas and Missouri. I also operated a successful wholesaling business, completing over 200 transactions. In addition, I’ve owned three Mobile Home Parks, and as of today, I am fully dedicated to Syndicating Multifamily Apartment complexes. Commercial Real Estate is the path I am committed to, and I aspire to educate others about its numerous benefits.

- I have been a licensed Realtor for 5 years: licensed in both Kansas and MO.
- I am a former Janitorial Company owner.
- I have wholesaled (mobile homes) and used mobile homes as rent-to-own properties. I have successfully profited in excess of $80,000 in gross income from mobile home investing.
- I am a GP in an MHP syndication located in Salina, KS.
- My largest transaction as of today was the (MHP) acquisition of Bluff Acres located in Council Bluffs, Iowa. The purchase price was $20,000,000+
- I operated a Wholesaling Business for 4 years, and have successfully closed 20-25 properties a year. Our 4 yr. Gross Sales were $10,000,000
