Our Mission
Our team provides affordable, clean, and safe places for working-class families to call
home. We achieve this by improving properties, which involves enhancing the
infrastructure, roads, and mechanical systems. Additionally, we concentrate on
beautifying the property through landscaping and refining the units as they become
available. Moreover, we prioritize safety above all else. Through our property
management team, we employ state-of-the-art background checks to ensure that we select
the best tenants for our communities. The presence of better tenants leads to safer living
environments!
Our Story
Moonlight Equities was founded on the belief that integrity is important, and we are
dedicated to improving people’s lives through their living situations. Eric Lindsey’s first
syndication was a $20 million transaction involving a 600+ space mobile home park in
Council Bluffs, Iowa.

Eric has over 17 years of construction experience but has now shifted his attention solely to
workforce housing within the manufactured homes and apartments sector of real estate.
Moonlight Equities has chosen to pursue the improvement of the quality of life for those residing
within our properties. Moonlight Equities has discovered that secure and clean communities
foster the development of good individuals who contribute to building a better society

Hemant Pawar
Hemant lives in the Bay Area of California.
He works full-time as an IT Program Director with the largest integrated healthcare organization
in the US. He runs a private charity organization that has so
far adopted 7 families (with 21 girls) of human trafficking
victims in Africa, Central Asia & Middle east and donates part
of his salary every month. His interests include travel, health
and fitness and spirituality.
